[Lexicog] English homonyms

Thanks, John, for your great list of homophones and homographs.

How about the following three examples?:

Time  flies like an arrow.
Fruit flies like a  banana.
Time  flies - you cannot - their flight is too erratic.

It would be interesting to know whether native or non-native
English speakers get the word plays more easily when listening
or when reading.
