[Lexicog] running Shoebox AND Toolbox

Dear Mike,
Toolbox 1.2 will now run a different project upon startup than ShW5 does,
but it is still not completely independent. Before this, Toolbox 1 would
open the same project that ShW had had open when it was running. They used
to use the same *.ini file which was the reason. You will have to use 2
computers to see them both at the same time. Of course, you can open the
same databases in Toolbox that were open in Shoebox if you so desire, and
have them both open in the same program for comparison.
