[Lexicog] cyrillic with Toolbox

You can write in Cyrillic Unicode characters in Toolbox. But you cannot do
it with the Windows Cyrillic keyboard. This is a limitation in Toolbox that
will hopefully be fixed in the next release version.

In the meantime, you can use a Keyman keyboard for typing Cyrillic Unicode
in Toolbox. There is one you can download at
http://www.tavultesoft.com/keyman/downloads/keyboards/index.php?filter=language&equals=Russian#keyboardlist

This does not follow the Cyrillic keyboard layout that Windows uses, but
follows the US keyboard layout  -- press "w" and you get the Cyrillic
equivalent of the Roman "w", press "e" and get the Cyrillic equivalent of
"e", at least I think that is how it works.
