[Lexicog] Polarity words

Dia dhaoibh, a chairde!

This pattern, as noted by others here before, is also found in other
Algonquian languages.  It's present in Penobscot, and Benjamin Bruening
presented a discussion of it for Passamaquoddy (and Chinese) here a while
back: there's a downloadable version at his webpage:

It's the "There is No Relation..." paper.  A bit technical if you're not
into the Minimalism thing, but even then, the data's there.  Till later,
