[Lexicog] Figurative expressions for "courage" in different language

I'd be interested in knowing how different languages
express the idea of "courage" (including audaciousness,
temerity and effrontery) metaphorically or
figuratively:

Examples from English:

to have balls, to have guts, to have the cheek, gall, nerve to.

An example from German:

Mumm in den Knochen haben (to have courage in the bones)

French:

avoir le culot de faire quelque chose (to have the nerve to)

Hebrew "chutzpah" is an interesting word, too. Where does it
come from?
