Just echoing Bill's comment about the meaning of "Christian", in the
parts of Aboriginal northern Australia I've worked in "Christian" also
tends to mean "evangelical protestant" and I've heard people talk about
"Christians and Catholics" as separate categories. "Mr Noah" and "Mr
Abraham" are also categorised as "Christian", however.
