[Lexicog] Another lexical gap?

It was (probably independently) coined by others: I remember using it in
the  60's and 70's. Of course, it is a somewhat jocular term, since
"outlaw" will inevitably be called to mind, with suggestions of
skeletons in closets and so forth. As you say, the meaning is general:
my out-laws are those related to me through marriage into my in-law family.
