[Lexicog] Henry Higgins

Thanks to Mike for snipping quotes from Shaw's preface to Pygmalion. It
was my understanding that Shaw had indeed modeled part of Henry Higgins
on Henry Sweet, but the recent biography of Daniel Jones entitled "The
Real Henry Higgins" had made me think I was wrong.
