[Lexicog] Measure words

Dr. Fakhr-Rohani:

	"Measure words," as Professor Pellin is looking for, are things like 
<ta> تا in Farsi, e.g. چاي يك تا، خواهش ميكنم chai yek ta, khohesh 
mikonam "a tea, please", etc.
