[Lexicog] "git" is not always in anger

When I shared David Tuggy's attestation of 'git' with our local linguistic
list, I got back the following:

If I had a buck for every time my southern Kansan mom told me to "git" or "you
better git!", "go on, git!" or "if you don't git...", I'd retire young.
