My work is in the revitalization of the Karuk language, an extremely
endangered isolate spoken on the Klamath River in Northern California.

Among many other projects, one of my favorite projects was the development
and publication of the first edition of our dictionary with William Bright.
A searchable online version of the dictionary is hosted by the Survey for
California and Other Indian Languages at:

http://corpus.linguistics.berkeley.edu/~karuk/karuk-lexicon.html

I have also had the good fortune to begin helping other tribes get started
with using Shoebox/Toolbox so that they can conduct their own documentation
work.
