[Lexicog] lexicography text

Dear Phil,
I haven't read Sterkenburg's book, but you can read
Hartmann, R.K.K. (2001), Teaching and Researching Lexicography, Pearson
Education Press
(ISBN: 0-582-36977-0).
It's a nice book that have both theory and practice... at the end of the
book there's section for case studies...
