OK, if that's what you're trying to do then you don't need a program 
like the Xerox tools.  Others will have to tell you if cc will do what 
you want; I'm not a user of cc, I just know what it's general power is, 
and that someone who tried to use it for complex morphology ended up 
inventing a morphological parser.  (At least that's the story I remember.)
