[Lexicog] Blust's ACD, Proto-Austronesian for water

Hi Vincent,

I understand it stands for Blust's Austronesian comparative dictionary, 
which is a work in progress at the University of Hawai'i. But I am not 
an expert in Austronesian comparative linguistics. So that is all I can 
tell you.
