[Lexicog] new idiom

I learned a new English idiom yesterday from my 22 year old daughter who
is a physiotherapist and works in the local hospital. She said one of
her patients had had a Brazilian. The only English dictionary where I
could find the meaning of this expression was Collins English Dictionary
(2005).

This would be a good example of Shakespeare's maxim.
