[Lexicog] definitions

With regard to the use of "simple words" in dictionary definitions,
one might want to look at some of the voluminous work of Anna Wierzbicka,
who is quite critical of the actual practice of dictionaries. She argues
that in fact many definitions are circular and proposes her own system
for remedying this.
