FieldWorks does a nice job with a multiple user situation if the users are
connected by a network. The multi-user capability is provided by MS SQL
Server 2005. FieldWorks does a nice job with interlinear glossing, and the
interlinear texts can be exported just to an interlinear XML format, or
exported with further processing to create a format readable in OpenOffice
or Word XML.

I don't think there is a Mac version of FieldWorks, however.
