Dear Sapri,

It is a good thing that you want to change from Microsoft Word. Word is not
a good program for producing a dictionary. We can advise you on the best
program for your needs. It would help us to advise you if you sent us some
more information. How big is the dictionary? How many entries do you have?
How much information is in each entry? What kind of information do you want
to include (pronunciation, part of speech, definition, example sentence,
etc.)? How do you want to publish? How much do you know about lexicography?
How big is your budget?

We can also help to convert your file. There are several of us who have
extensive experience converting dictionaries from one program to another.

Subject: [Lexicog] question

Dear all,

I am writing the first dual dictionary, Indonesia-Hebrew # Hebrew-Indonesia
since 2006 using Microsoft word program by using table system. I finished
with Hebrew side but have difficulties editing them.

Any suggestion what program I should use.

Is there any possibility to convert my file (table) to other program?

Thank,

Sapri
