[Lexicog] database question

My name is Elaine Jacobi 

I am trying to find open sourse database to make multiplpe language cross-language dictionary with multiple choice results... What I want is to linlk search drop-down box with english word to selection of languages with the same word in other languages...

Would you recommend any free software for web-based databases?
