[Lexicog] shortcut or macros in Tshwanelex 4

I find that being able to use the two shortcuts

Insert new definition
Insert new TE

amazingly helpful when I input data in this program. Is it possible to have additional shortcuts? How would one go about it? There are a number of other things I could think of, but the one that would *really* streamline my input would be:

Insert new example


I would appreciate any suggestions as to how I might do this.
