I thought I'd pass this to you as you would know who best might be interested in
this.

The Wikimedia Foundation, parent of Wikipedia, is offering fellowships to
research the various Wikimedia projects in various languages/parts of the
world, basically to find out what makes a project tick and what doesn't.

I'm an active member of Wikiproject Mexico (one of the few) and in Wikimedia
