Or, more clearly, "idiolectal lexeme"? This kind of two-word label might be appropriate in describing a a reasonably well-documented language, but considering that this thread originated having to do with poorly documented, threatened languages in which an idiolectal lexeme may be the remnant of a once widespread usage, a satisfactory dictionary label is important. Perhaps an appropriate label is to be found in works on ancient languages, in which, for example, an important cognate is to be found in only one attestation.
