I don't know the answer to your question, but I'd like to point out
that there are more <i>potential</i> combinations. Some languages
(like Japanese) distinguish between older/younger brothers and
older/younger sisters. <br>

Other languages distinguish cross-gender siblings and same-gender
siblings, so there would still be the potential of up to 8/16 forms,
but the father's brother (father's same gender sibling) and mother's
sister (mother's same gender sibling) might be the same form.<br>
