Seriously, mentor is still strongly, in my mind, basically a noun, from
which a verb is derived. Same as for tutor. So the paucity of mentorers
and tutorers (though of course you can find them googlely) is natural
enough.<br>

Anybody remember Garrison Keillor's wonderful sketch about picking (and
doing other things with) tomatoes, where his sister, "who was a good
person," figures as the "tomatoee"? Would somebody who is skewered on
the Prairie Home Companion be a Keillee?<br>

downright mentic.<br>
