Should SKOS (<a href="http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/wiki/SKOS/" target="_blank">http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/wiki/SKOS/</a>) perhaps be added? It seems to be mainly used for vocabularies, including multilingual ones.<br>

One might also mention the DICT specification (<a href="http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2229" target="_blank">http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2229</a>), which imposes constraints on a dictionary format (resources compliant with it listed at <a href="http://luetzschena-stahmeln.de/dictd/index.php?" target="_blank">http://luetzschena-stahmeln.de/dictd/index.php?</a>).<br>
