Shows how to use glue logic to get the effects of Andrews and
Manning 1993, 1999 with standard 'locational' projections rather
than the 'restriction projections' of Andrews and Manning.  The
presentation uses a 'content flow' rather than deductive interpretation
of glue logic, based on work by Perrier and de Groote on proof-net
theory.  This is not necessary for the results, but might make them
easier to see.
