We currently have four open positions in computational linguistics at
the Department of Linguistics and Scandinavian Studies, University of
Oslo. One postdoctoral position, one PhD fellowship and one temporary
research programmer position are linked to the project "Universal
Natural Language Understanding"
which develops methods based on Glue semantics for constructing
machine-readable semantic representations of natural language from
Universal Dependencies syntax trees.

There is also a postdoctoral position available within the project
ImmunoLingo
(https://www.uio.no/english/research/strategic-research-areas/life-science/research/convergence-environments/immunolingo/),
which leverages methods from computational linguistics for the study of
the antibody/antigen interactions in the immune system. The PI of both
projects is Dag Haug and the closing date for all applications is 10
September 2020.
