Mistaken Messages

Dear List-members,

Recently there have been a number of messages sent to the whole list that
should have been sent only to one addressee.  If you receive these in the
future, please reply to ME personally, and I will have a word with the
person who made the mistake.  If you reply to the whole list, as a number
of you did, you just compound the error.  (You can also just delete the
message.)
