"Official English" in Florida

For those who are members of the Linganth listserv, there has recently
been a discussion of a movement to ban bilingual education and officialize
English in Florida.  Kerim Friedman <kerim.list at oxus.net> has put together
a quick entry on his blog with most of the links that were posted to this
thread. If anyone finds any more, or has something to add, they may add it
