Members of this list may be aware of this, but I just recently discovered
an interesting on-line (electronic) resource on language policy, ethnicity
etc. in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Our UPenn Van Pelt
library has this, and some other libraries may, too.

It's called Nationalities Papers, and if you can access an on-line
catalogue and request that title, it may appear. Or, go to the U.Penn
library http://www.library.upenn.edu and do a search for this title. The
issues available at Van Pelt only go back to Vol. 27 No. 1, 1999, but the
resource goes back further than this.

Enjoy!
