daily digest

Dear members,

I need to clarify for you how to select the "daily digest" selection for
the language policy list.

1.  Do not put anything in the "subject" line of your message.

2.  Send the message to listproc at ccat.sas.upenn.edu.

3.  The following command needs to be sent from YOUR email so YOU
	will receive the mails in daily digest form. This command should be in the
	BODY of the message, and NO OTHER message should be in the body:

    set lgpolicy-list mail digest

4.  some people have been experiencing problems; I'm told that if you
follow this procedure scrupulously, you should have no problems.
