Reform of Basque education system will "teach how to learn"

pupil must have acquired by the time he/she finishes the obligatory
education in eight fields: mathematics, linguistic communication,
treatment of information, digital, cultural and artistic, and social
competence, 'learn to learn' and personal autonomy and initiative.
