Namibia: Citizens Take to French



"I am very glad that many Namibians are willing to learn the French
language that will hopefully in future be of benefit to them when for
example going on business trips into Africa."
This is the view of Minister of Education Nangolo Mbumba, who was the
guest speaker last Wednesday evening at a ceremony at which 60
students received diplomas for their studies in French. The French
ambassador, Philippe Bossierè shared the podium with Mbumba.
