Mark Devenport 24 Nov 08, 02:05 PM The DUP may still be against an
Irish Language Act, but in a written answer to Daithi McKay, the
Culture Minister Gregory Campbell has now confirmed that he is working

Ulster Scots. Mr Campbell expects to present a paper to the Executive
"in due course".
