RSA: Zwelitsha's indigenous language court to reduce backlogs.
All court proceedings in Zwelitsha Magistrate Court will now be
conducted in Xhosa.  This was revealed at the launch of the Indigenous
Language Court in Zwelitsha, Eastern Cape on 20 February 2009.

RSA: Launch of Indigenous Language Court in the Western Cape.
The objective is to ensure that at least one court per region conducts
proceedings in indigenous languages.  The indigenous language court at
Khayelitsha Magistrate Court was launched isiXhosa on 2 March 2009.
