Bilingual education made 'a scapegoat'



Opponents of the Northern Territory Government's policy on bilingual
education say it is gambling with Indigenous children's futures.



The Government is making schools teach the first four hours of classes
in English, putting an end to 30 years of support for bilingual
education.
