Military lacking bilingual trainers, language commissioner says



The Canadian Forces are falling short on obligations to offer training
to their personnel in both official languages, says an audit released
Wednesday.



The analysis, by federal languages commissioner Graham Fraser,
concluded that 83 per cent of training facilities lacked bilingual
instructors.
