Virginia DMV to exempt holders of Korean drivers licenses from driving
test: embassy

WASHINGTON, March 9 (Yonhap) -- The South Korean embassy here said
Wednesday it will sign a memorandum of understanding next week with
Virginia's state vehicle authority to exempt holders of South Korean
drivers license from taking tests.

The MOU will be signed Monday between the South Korean embassy and
Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles, an embassy spokesman said,
noting the MOU will allow holders of South Korean drivers license to
get a Virginia license without taking a written or driving test.
