ClickOnWales.org (the website of the Institute of Welsh Affairs, an independent
think-tank) runs the odd article about Welsh language policy, sometimes in quick
succession. They put up one a day for three days recently, each one written by a
different person:

Teaching Welsh for the sake of our children http://goo.gl/mleym2

When teaching Welsh is a futile experiment http://goo.gl/FrrTDH

We’re better bilingual in Wales http://goo.gl/vt0Bwc

As always, the comments beneath the article are in many ways as interesting as the
articles themselves -- a peak into a lively civic debate about this area of Welsh
social policy.

In somewhat related news, the UK Government is dangling the prospect of increased
powers in front of the devolved Welsh Assembly --
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-politics-24763988 -- though such an increase would
be subject to a referendum.
