Central theme: Multilingualism and interpreting in institutional encounters

globalisation
-  Language ideologies of translation and language choice
-  Institutional versus lay expectations of discourse
-  The monolingual entextualization of multilingual interaction
-  The tension between institutional deontology and practices of language
use

Keynote speakers (in alphabetical order):
-  Jan Blommaert (Tilburg University)
-  Moira Inghilleri (UMass Amherst)
-  Stef Slembrouck (Gent University)
-  Cecilia Wadensjö (Stockholm University)

Submissions are invited on any aspect of the above themes.
Abstracts should be 250 words and should be submitted in PDF format.
