Astana. March 6. KazTAG -
Subjects must be taught in English in the secondary schools, said
Kazakhstani President Nursultan Nazarbayev.'We need to learn the English
language since the first school year. In the 11th-12th grades all the
subjects must be taught in English' he said. That's what we can see in
Malaysia. When they got the independence after the war, they decided to
develop the state language, but nobody knew it in the world, and again they
shifted to English. The same situation was in Singapore," he added. He
said, children must be taught three languages: Kazakh, Russia and English.
