Dear colleagues!

We invite you to participate in the Third International Scientific Conference ''Ethnicity, Language and Culture: Past, Present, Future'' to be held on 18-20 May 2016 in Lviv at the Lviv State University of Life Safety and The Joint Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (Poland).

The scholars, doctorate students, masters, educators who are interested in questions of ethnic self-identity and spiritual, cultural and social dimensions of life conceptualization in the nation's language are invited to take part in the conference. 

Call for Papers: 

Relevant topics of interest for the conference include but are not limited to: 

- actual problems of ethnolinguistics and cultural linguistics
- concepts and constants in the language
- actual questions of theoretical and applied linguistics; problems of translation
- current issues of contrastive semantics
- problems of language education

Conference languages: Ukrainian, English, Polish, Russian

Please, submit the papers for publication (7 - 12 pages) before March 25, 2016. Please consider the requirements for text format - MS Word, font - Times New Roman, font size - 14, interval - 1.5, margins: left - 2 cm, right - 2 cm, upper and bottom-2.0 cm - 2 cm, indentation - 1cm. 

The title of the article should be capitalized (alignment - center), the second line should have the author's first and last names, and country (center). The bibliography should be at the end of the article in alphabetical order. The bibliographical references in the text of the article should be put in square brackets in accordance with the State Standard (GOST) of Ukraine, e.g. [7, p. 25].

An application should include full name of the applicant, their academic degree and title, place of employment, telephone number, physical mail and e-mail addresses, the topic of the presentation

Conference fee is 40 Euros (also payable in grivnas), covering the publication, organisational costs, conference folder, refreshments during coffee breaks, buffet lunch.
