Performers ask MPs to adopt a law regulating radio songs to be at least 35%
in Ukrainian language

The MPs were treated to a performance by Ukrainian artists.

All in support of a law that would implement mandatory Ukrainian language
quotas. The artists are asking for 35 percent of content to be in the
Ukrainian language.

The goal is for radio stations to start with 25 percent at first and
gradually increase it in two years. The parliament is set to vote on the
mandatory content regulations law this Thursday.
