<P>One of my challegnes is that while some places, like NYU, have specific doctoral programs in TESOL and specific doctoral programs in Bilingual Ed. (the ideals for my list), other places have concentrations under broader umbrellas such as SLA, Applied linguistics, or language and literacy.</P>
<P>If you have this info when you write, I'd be eternally grateful if you would include it.</P>
