Outside, on Waterloo's Bridgeport Road, everything is in English.
<br><br>Inside the school, it's "bienvenue," not welcome. The posters and books are in French. Even among themselves in class and in the schoolyard at recess, the kids speak French a lot of the time.<br><br>
<br><br>École l'Harmonie isn't a private school or a French immersion school.<br><br>It's Waterloo Region's only public francophone school. There are also four Catholic francophone schools.<br><br><br><br>
