<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt">Ekho Moskvy said that RTVi, which broadcast its programs in <st1:country-region w:st="on">Georgia</st1:country-region>, was banned after it broadcast an interview with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov during which the minister criticized the actions of the Georgian leadership in its recent conflict with <st1:country-region w:st="on">Russia</st1:country-region> over breakaway <st1:place w:st="on">South Ossetia</st1:place>. </P>
