<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Texas</st1:place></st1:State> bar talk just ain't right for international diplomacy.<BR><BR>That's the general opinion of the Foreign Ministry, which is none-too-happy about some of the language being used by its counterparts in <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Washington</st1:place></st1:State>.<BR><BR>The verbal sparring comes as relations between <st1:City w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City> and <st1:State w:st="on">Washington</st1:State> have sunk in the wake of <st1:country-region w:st="on">Russia</st1:country-region>'s war with Georgia, a <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">U.S.</st1:place></st1:country-region> ally.<BR><BR>U.S. State Department spokesman Sean McCormack suggested at a briefing last week that <st1:country-region w:st="on">Russia</st1:country-region> was violating the essence of an updated EU-brokered cease-fire deal designed to end its conflict with <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Georgia</st1:place></st1:country-region>. <BR><BR>"Look, these guys are trying to — at every turn, trying to wiggle out of a commitment they made and that their president put his name to," McCormack said Wednesday.<BR><BR>That kind of talk didn't sit well in <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Moscow</st1:place></st1:City>.</P>
