<font face="Times New Roman" size="3">I was wondering if there are any list members who could advise me in the particulars in doing a needs assessment for a school district? I was speaking with the ESL director of a local school district yesterday, and she mentioned that she would like to have a needs assessment done, in particular, regarding the services provided to the ELs in the district. So, I am looking for two things: 1) any advice more experienced researchers can provide me in beginning this endeavor; 2) any surveys or protocols available that anyone would like to share with me?</font> </p>
