<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal>This summer the Dakota language is being spoken at a park in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Renville</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">County</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>; passed on at a day-camp to a new generation of young speakers. It is not unlike the early stages of the bald eagle's flight back from near extinction.</P>
