<p><b><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telugu_language" title="Telugu language">Telugu language</a> policy</b> is an issue within the state of <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andhra_Pradesh" title="Andhra Pradesh">Andhra Pradesh</a>, where it is the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First_language" title="First language">first language</a>
of 85% of the population. Telugu language advocates note a lack of
incentivisation and government support for the language, and press for
